On 3 April 2026, Project Shiksha Path was inaugurated at the Government Girls Primary School in Village Bhigan, Sonipat. Supported by Hindustan Tin Works Ltd. (HTWL), the initiative aims to enhance the learning environment for 106 students.

The project included comprehensive infrastructure upgrades such as complete whitewashing of the school building, classroom roof repairs, establishment of a smart classroom, construction of improved sanitation facilities, Bala (educational) wall paintings across classrooms and corridors, and refurbishment of the main school gate.

The inauguration was led by Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, Managing Director, Hindustan Tin Works Ltd., who also distributed complete sets of uniforms to all students on the occasion.

Mr. Sanjay Bhatia’s support to this project is driven by a vision to provide quality education to underprivileged children, especially the girl child.
